The Haritha Haram plantation programme was successfully organized at the District Collectorate Campus, Puttaparthi, on 15 July 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The initiative witnessed active participation from district officials, students, volunteers, environmental organizations, and members of the public. Hundreds of saplings were planted across the campus and nearby public spaces to promote environmental conservation, increase green cover, and enhance ecological sustainability. The programme also included awareness sessions on the importance of tree plantation, biodiversity conservation, and community participation in protecting the environment for future generations.
